Evaluation of Professional Contexts
When given the Professional context brief I was really excited by it because both aspects of the main designs we had to come up with were to be done in new formats I had never had experience of which were Motion and Web. I also liked being able to use a blog to document the progress of my work but also use it as form of a digital sketchbook and I could detail thoughts and ideas and note them down,...
Updated my motion for hand in, this was to make it look less like photographs and more professional and so it flowed better. I also updated my end image with my new logo and replaced the music from drum and bass to something more fitting and jazz style.

When the rain falls
they talk of Manchester,
but when the triumphant rain falls

By Nat, Katie & Laura
Here is a piece which we did on the blue screening, we used the kaleidoscope effect to see what this did and how we could place ourselves in the piece and make it move by moving ourselves. It gives a quite nice effect.

This was our groups stop motion piece from the the photography and motion workshops we had a few weeks ago. This was a simple way to do a quick stop motion film by using hole punched circles rather than drawing them.

Finished my motion piece, added in the little intro to it to say what the film is about and got my boyfriend to make me some music to fit the length of the film but also something that was quite relaxing to fit well with the piece.

Making my Cyanotype final piece.
Edit of my motion piece so far, some parts are a bit jumpy but I think that is from speeding up the video, I have also desaturated the video as the tones to start with were quite yellow and I wanted the the atmosphere to be softer. I think perhaps adding an intro to the piece such as what the film is about might make it better but overall i’m pretty pleased...
