I’ve looked into the effects of castration as I’m hoping to portray this into the code I’ve created. At first I was wanting to portray his sexuality but felt this would prove difficult in executing well and because it is of a sensitive nature still. I then thought about what it must be like to go under castration and above are the irreversible and reversible body changes that Turing would have went under when he had been convicted.
- Produce a typeface from hair, this will show the loss of hair from castration.
- Look at skin pigments and texture of the skin, perhaps microscopic images of the skin, pick elements from this to form a type?
- Type made from stretch marks?
